Customer Service Representative (Coldwater, MI & Clydon) – The Inside Sales/Customer Service position is responsible for order intake through customer phone calls, faxed orders from physician offices, and walk in retail customers. The position requires someone who is highly organized, detailed, proficient in computer skills, and can balance their workload with multiple interruptions. This position will have a lot of customer interaction and requires someone with high energy and a positive attitude at all times. Delivery Technician (Wyoming, MI) - The Delivery Driver position is responsible for the delivery of homecare equipment and supplies to customers’ homes and patient care facilities. The position also sets up the equipment and instructs customers on the use of the equipment and obtains proper documentation to allow for insurance billing purposes. The individual should have or be eligible for our CDL endorsement. This position has an on-call rotation and may require some evening and weekend on-call work. Customer Service / Clinical Technician (Holland, MI) This position will be a combination of a customer service representative and clinical technician. The clinical portion of this position will assist the respiratory therapist in duties as applicable by law and regulation and will be responsible for the setup and instruction of certain types of medical equipment, ensuring customer and referring agency satisfaction. As well as assessing customer needs, knowledge and compliance as they relate to the medical equipment provided. This position will also be responsible for order intake through customer phone calls, faxed orders from physician offices, and walk in retail customers. The position requires someone who is highly organized, detailed, proficient in computer applications, and can balance their workload with multiple interruptions. This position will have a lot of customer interaction and requires someone with high energy and a positive attitude at all times. Respiratory Therapist (Saginaw, MI & Fort Wayne, IN) – The Respiratory Therapist position is responsible for working directly with customers on setup and instruction on medical equipment that includes but is not limited to oxygen therapy, sleep therapy and ventilators. The position is also responsible to ensure that equipment being set up is being used properly, functioning properly, and is clean and orderly. Must be comfortable working with physicians and communicating with patients and physicians on a daily basis. A requirement of this position is maintaining an active Respiratory Therapist license in good standing. This position has an on-call rotation and may require some evening and weekend on-call work.
