Delivery Driver (Multiple Locations)

Michigan - Benton Harbor, Kalamazoo

The Delivery Driver position is responsible for the delivery of homecare equipment and supplies to customers’ homes and patient care facilities.  The position also sets up the equipment and instructs customers on the use of the equipment and obtains proper documentation to allow for insurance billing purposes.  The individual should have or be eligible for our CDL endorsement.  This position has an on-call rotation and may require some evening and weekend on-call work.


Customer Service

Michigan - Springfield, Holland

The Inside Sales/Customer Service position is responsible for order intake through customer phone calls, faxed orders from physician offices, and walk in retail customers.  The position requires someone who is highly organized, detailed, proficient in computer skills, and can balance their workload with multiple interruptions.  This position will have a lot of customer interaction and requires someone with high energy and a positive attitude at all times.

Branch Manager (Multiple Locations)

Michigan – Lansing


The Branch Manager is responsible for all operations of the branch office, with a primary focus on the services rendered. The Branch Manager is also responsible for advertising as well as assisting in the evaluation/selection of equipment when necessary. This role will include effectively leading/directing employees, ensuring positive working relationships with referrals, creating a culture of exceptional customer service and patient safety. This position will also be responsible for ensuring all employees are following proper policies and procedures to ensure proper patient safety, and compliance with payer guidelines, and compliance with FDA standards.


Respiratory Therapist

Michigan - Kalamazoo, Mt. Pleasant


The Respiratory Therapist position is responsible for working directly with customers on setup and instruction on medical equipment that includes but is not limited to oxygen therapy, sleep therapy and ventilators.  The position is also responsible to ensure that equipment being set up is being used properly, functioning properly, and is clean and orderly.  This position must also be comfortable working with physicians and communicating with patients and physicians on a daily basis.  A requirement of this position is maintaining an active Respiratory Therapist license in good standing.  This position has an on-call rotation and may require some evening and weekend on-call work.


Medical Billing Specialist

Michigan – Wyoming

The Medical Billing Specialist works as a member of the insurance billing team to review documentation and verify insurance coverage in order to submit claims to insurance companies and governmental agencies in timely manner.  This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to read and understand insurance guidelines, and ability to research and resolve the root cause of rejected claims.

Rehab Repair Technician

Michigan – Grand Rapids

The Rehab Repair Technician works to service and repair a variety of rehab equipment, including manual and power wheelchairs.  This position requires a mechanical and electronic background. It also requires strong attention to detail and good communication skills.  There will also be a delivery and set-up when needed.

Rehab Billing Specialist

Michigan – Grand Rapids

The Rehab Billing Specialist works with the rehab team and will communicate with referrals and customers regarding insurance, authorization process and order status. The candidate will also process orders, confirm work orders, rejections, and keep staff informed of insurance changes, coverage criteria, codes and fee screens.  This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to read and understand insurance guidelines, and research and resolve the cause of rejected claims.
